Situated near Cruz Bay – just a five minute drive away - our affordable three bedroom West Indian beach cottage has stone walls, arched windows, blue and white clapboard, and gingerbread trim. The house is surrounded by native tropical plantings and enjoys the Caribbean trade winds most of the year.

Watch the sunrise over Ditliff Point on one of the three decks, read a book in the airy living room or escape to the quiet of a small deck we call the hide-away.

The house is very private, with access via a long, meandering stone staircase/path from the parking slab. There is another long meandering path with stairs leading to Hart Bay beach.

Odessa's upper bedroom features wood floors, hand-crafted Caribbean stone and wood walls, a comfortable queen size bed, and an open-air stone shower.

Accessed by just a few stairs from the outside deck, the private lower level offers two bedrooms with queen size beds, air conditioning, full bathrooms and spacious decks. A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate additional guests.

Harmonious with the outdoors and nearly surrounded by the sea, the beach cottage features both a pool and a Jacuzzi overlooking the ocean for a fresh water dip day or night.

The pool deck is ideal for small weddings - and what a view!

A private staircase/path leads to Hart Bay beach, where you will usually be alone since the only access is by foot.

Gentle off-shore waves, coral, and a reef encompass the bay. A beachcomber's dream: go shelling, hike the nearby trail or snorkel (on a calm day) among exotic coral and tropical fish, all just at the end of the villa’s private path directly to the water. A five minute walk takes you to the usually calm waters of Chocolate Hole and excellent snorkeling on most days.

Facing east into the Tradewinds, savor the sound of the surf and delightful Caribbean breeze year round. The tropical garden is alive with blooming frangipani, bougainvillea, and native trees including many water mampoo, a calabash tree, fruit trees and giant cacti.
