Commercial and Long Term Rentals Guinea Grove
We currently manage fifty-seven commercial and long-term rentals. Our original twenty-one are all occupied by happy tenants. We recently added twelve two bedroom and twenty-four one bedroom apartments at Guinea Grove, across the street from the Westin Resort in Great Cruz Bay ($1600 and $1150/month). Although they are filling up quickly, we do still have availability there.
